How secure is my data?

SPOSEA’s BrightPrice solution is – along with all data – hosted on the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), which adheres to the highest security standards and is certified according to industry best practices (SOC2).

All data in-transit is protected and encrypted with HTTPS, and the communication between BrightPrice and source/target systems happens via a secure SSL tunnel.

Data at-rest (in the database) is also encrypted. SPOSEA employees have no access to customer production data – this remains fully under the control of our clients.

All SPOSEA staff receive regular training on awareness, and there is a strict IT security policy for handling data.

Furthermore, SPOSEA is compliant with ISAE3402 (International Standards of Assurance Engagements) and frequently audited by an international and registered EDP auditor. 

SPOSEA offers BrightPrice as a managed service subscription. This means that hosting as a single tenant SaaS application, user licenses, support, and maintenance for BrightPrice, and support and maintenance for any potential custom extensions are included in the license. 

Post implementation, level 1 support is provided by the client. Level 2 support is done by content matter experts from the SPOSEA support team, coordinated by our Customer Support Manager.
