A strong people manager and sharp business person with a proven business track record in the ERP, Asset Management and consultancy business. Walter served as an executive with various companies throughout his career, lastly at Vesta Partners where he was an Executive Director responsible for the business throughout EMEA.
Pieter van den Tillaart
Chief Financial Officer
Pieter is the co-founder, and Chief Financial Officer at SPOSEA, responsible for legal, fiscal, finance and business development. Pieter lead several start-ups since 2011 including RFM Holding BV, a.o. Solarand Energy-for-you, a financed renewable asset portfolio based on PPA’s. He was the CFO at TMC Group N.V, where he led its Euronext listing. He is also a long time Philips Semiconductors veteran with financial management, control and M&A responsibilities. Pieter is responsible for Financial Management and day to day operations at SPOSEA.
Chief Commercial Officer
Phil is specialized in bringing clarity and focus to complex industrial B2B organizations. He is expert in helping sales and operations work more effectively together to improve business predictability and EBIT performance. In recent years, Phil has been increasingly giving form to his passion to help business leaders and their organizations integrate their internal sales, marketing, operational and financial information flows as well as utilizing AI and machine learning to function better in competitive environments, and thereby helping organizations to flourish. He understands the full value chain, can get to the heart of the matter quickly, and leads by example.
Chief Operations Officer
Barry is a resilient and pragmatic Global Senior Executive with extensive industrial B2B experience and proven success in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. With his strategic thinking and ability to develop plans and actions, he is capable to break geographical barriers and silos, creating collaboration and commercial integration among global teams, ultimately driving results for the organization. Barry was a member of the Asia Pacific leadership team, in which he led sales and marketing activities, delivering Integrated Business Planning (S&OP) initiatives, championed the design and led the implementation of CRM and the restructuring of rganizational and operational procedures to enable greater commercial integration, resulting in a doubling of revenues and tripling of EBITDA.
Stefan Schulz joined SAP in 1998 and has been a member of the Supervisory Board from 2002 till 2015. His main tasks include evaluating software patents, promoting consistency in software architecture and continuous improvement in product security. Before coming to SAP, Stefan worked in strategy consulting and executive recruitment. He graduated from the University of Freiburg in Germany in 1993 with a degree in Economics, and in 2001 completed a degree in business administration from the University of Hagen, Germany.
